Inhalt
This course sets out to improve your general, business and intercultural communication in English, while encouraging participants to reflect on their own attitudes and experiences concerning intercultural differences. The aim is to introduce various ideas regarding constructive, diplomatic and intercultural English in conversation and in meetings as well as provide students and working professionals with an introduction to theory and practice of intercultural business communication. Course work will include readings and discussions on key cultural dimensions, as well as critical case studies between cultures for discussion.
